And you are?
I liked David Spade on SNL and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
So, I watched the SNL in the 90s special last weekend. I enjoyed it. Mainly because I enjoy SNL. I think the reason that I've always watched SNL with some regularity, despite how good or bad it may seem at the time, is that something about the concept of it appeals to me. I think part of it is the fact that no matter how funny I find any given sketch, it's always pretty clear that the cast members enjoy what they're doing. Watching them entertain each other is a really enjoyable part of it.
Also, I now realize that a lot of the things I find funny, I find funny in retrospect. Sure, "Dick in a Box" was really funny the first time, but somehow it's funnier the 10th time. "More Cowbell" was great the first time, but it's even better now that we all know it so well.
This entry was intended to be entertaining in some way, but it's really not, so it's done.
